In my teens, I always wished to boost my confidence for speaking up in front of a group of people.That's not so easy for reserved people like me,so I kept envying.At last,I discovered the easiest way to cope my fear of public speaking.The formula is so easy that you won't believe.I know your suspense is on the rise but you can't imagine how much excited I am to share the secret.Yea,this is a secret,hidden for last two years in my heart.

I am willing to tell you the surefire ways, but......... not for free.
And its price is, to try for it .

Ok, then.Here we go!

1- I know this first part of my  tip has been worn out for years.Web is filled with such suggestions.But I tell you that ,at first, you'll have to call on your imagination.Yes ,imagination.Imagination can play wonders in your life,even it can make you a better speaker if you imagine to be one.But you'll have to practice it a special way.Like ,you must think of a crowd of people in front of you.Now in your imagination give your speech as you desire to do.If you want to show yourself very energetic ,pretend so in your imagination.I hope you'll find yourself confident after some days' practice.At least,15 days are a must.


2- Now this part of my tip is new (I think so).I never came across this method on the web.If you ever did ,do share the link.

It goes like this.

Find a place, where you can walk freely.It may be your room, your porch, a road or wherever you feel good.Now take your written material or if you memorize it ,that will be better.You don't need to memorize the whole piece of writing ;only a part of it will do good.Now start walking as fast as you can ,while speaking your notes at the top of your voice.(Here you'll appreciate the memorization thing,because you can't read your notes while walking fast.)If you forget them ,don't worry ; start speaking extempore, if you can.No need to stop at all;keep walking.Purpose is to speak as loud as you can and walk as fast as you can.You'll feel short of breath and your face will flush.But keep walking for at least 10 minutes.This way you can have control over your breath while speaking.If you don't feel tired you can increase the exercise for 15 minutes.

So,that's it.

I'm sure that you'll find yourself confident even after the very first day.But do this exercise for at least 15 days.I promise you'll be Changed.

If you are a student and are going to give your first presentation in your class ,try this method a day before.Though you'll be trembling inside, your voice won't tremble.You'll look calm outwardly.
